Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to all EXEDY standard aftermarket and EXEDY Racing Clutch products, hereinafter
referred to as products, sold by EXEDY Clutch Europe Ltd., hereinafter referred to as ECE.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ECE warrants that its products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and design under intended use and
services.


The obligation of ECE for its EXEDY standard aftermarket range of products under this warranty is limited to the
reimbursement or replacement of products which are deemed to have a material or design defect within 36,000miles /
57,936km or 36 months from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.


The obligation of ECE for its EXEDY Racing Clutch range of products under this warranty is limited to the
reimbursement or replacement of products which are deemed to have a material or design defect within 3,000 miles /
4,828km or 6 months from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.


WARRANTY RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. The complete EXEDY clutch kit must be returned as supplied, via the originating authorised distributor, with a
completed ECE warranty claims form.
2. Customers must arrange the return of products to ECE at their own expense. In cases where the claim liability
is accepted by ECE, ECE will reimburse the cost of any carriage charges associated with the return to ECE for
inspection, providing an official invoice is presented.
3. Accepted claims with labour charges will be paid at £30.00 (or equivalent) per hour, upon presentation of the
garage invoice.
4. Accepted claims' products will not be returned to the customer.
5. Collection and return of all rejected claims' product is the responsibility of the customer. Upon completion of the
warranty report, ECE will retain the goods for a period of 30 days prior to disposal.
6. In cases where claims are accepted, the credit note will be applied to the customer's account within 30 days of
acceptance of liability.


WARRANTY CLAIMS MAY NOT BE VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES


1. The flywheel was not replaced or resurfaced to the manufacturers' specifications.
2. The products have been altered, improperly installed, damaged by accident, negligence, misapplication or
misuse.
3. Standard aftermarket range products which have been used for high performance or motorsport purposes.
4. Submission of an incomplete warranty claims form.
5. Return of an incomplete kit.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.
