EXEDY has acquired the assets and intellectual property rights of Saietta Group PLC (Located in Silverstone, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as “Saietta”). By effectively utilizing Saietta’s assets, EXEDY aims to accelerate the development of electric products within the EXEDY Group and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

By merging Saietta’s strengths (intellectual property rights, evaluation facilities, and personnel) with the strengths of the EXEDY Group (high-quality manufacturing, technological development capabilities, and customer network), we will strive to enhance the competitiveness of electric product businesses and achieve early mass production.
